Platform Support Engineer

We're looking for a Platform Support Engineer for a well-established and growing software company in the DC area. The company has an innovative application that has been very well received by large organizations. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including equity, as well as advancement opportunities. H1B sponsorship is not available for this position. 
 
The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:
 
  • The capability to swiftly learn and operate SaaS platforms for web/mobile clients
  • Assisting in troubleshooting reported bugs and diagnosing issues
  • Conducting integration and technical configuration for clients
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years of Technical Support experience in the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with full-stack development 
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban
  • Proven experience taking customers through the troubleshooting process
  • A passion for delivering satisfaction and helping customers solve issues
